When will my order be dispatched? (UK Orders)

All orders which are placed and paid for before 2pm (BST/GMT) on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day and will be delivered according to the option you chose at checkout.

Orders which are paid for after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day (We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends) and delivered by the option you chose at checkout. Orders paid for by bank transfer may be delayed as they are only processed after we receive the payment in the account. This can sometimes take a few days. 

Example 1 - If you place an order on Friday at 1.40pm to be delivered on the next working day, it will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday. 

Example 2 - If you place your order at 2.10pm on Friday to be delivered on the next working day, it will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

As expected there can be delays for many reasons, but we try our best to get all orders out in time every single day.

We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

NOTE: Unfortunately we can not offer next day deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, if you choose the Next day delivery option from any of the following postcodes, your order will be delivered in two working days:

Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-99, HS1-99, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW1-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, ZE1-99

Northern Ireland: BT1-99 

Isles of Scilly: TR21-25 

Channel Islands: JE, GY
