Rules of Tajwid starts from level 14. Where are levels 1 to 13?

The Safar Qāʿidah (including both the Abridged and the Complete editions) covers level 1 to 13. As Rules of Tajwid is a direct sequel to the Qaidah, the level numbers continue from there onwards. This is to reflect the fact that one should not study Tajwid rules before mastering the 13 levels in the Qaidah and also that one’s journey to correct Quran recitation is not complete on finishing the Qaidah.
