Missing Items from Your Order?

We sincerely apologise if any items are missing from your order. We understand how frustrating this can be and are here to help.

We recommend checking your order as soon as it is received to ensure all items have been delivered.

There are several reasons why items may be missing:

  1. Partial Deliveries:

Sometimes, orders are delivered in multiple shipments. This could mean that one part of your order arrives on one day, and the remaining items arrive a day or two later. In some cases, a part of your order may have been misplaced by the courier. If this happens, we will work with the courier to locate and deliver the missing parcel to you. Please note, the courier can only locate and deliver missing parcels within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Damage During Transit:

Occasionally, packages may be damaged in transit, which could result in some items falling out.

  3. Packing Errors:

In rare instances, items may be accidentally missed during the packing process.

Next Steps if Items Are Missing:

  1. Check the Tracking:

Review the tracking information to see if another delivery is due. If there’s an indication of a second delivery, it’s likely that the remaining items will be included in that shipment.

  2. Count the Boxes and Books:

Count the number of boxes and books you have received. Let us know exactly how many boxes have arrived and which titles are missing.

  3. Inspect for Damage:

Check if any of the boxes were damaged during transit, as it’s possible some items may have fallen out. If you find any damage, please send us clear pictures. This will help us improve our packaging and courier delivery processes.

Important note:

If you find any items missing or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. If your entire order is missing, we need to be informed within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are unable to resolve these issues due to limitations with our couriers, inventory, and tracking systems, which make it difficult to verify and address claims beyond this timeframe.
