Missing items

We advise you to check your order as soon as it is received  to ensure all items have been delivered.

There are a number of reasons why items may be missing:

1. Some orders may be partially delivered. This could either mean that the a part of your order is delivered one day and another part is delivered on the following day or two. It could also mean that one part has been delivered and the other part has been misplaced by the courier. In this case we would ask the courier to locate and deliver the parcel to you. They can only do this within 14 days of delivery.

2. Your package may be damaged in transit, where some items may have fallen out. 

3. Items may be missed during packing 

Please Note: We must be notified of missing items / damages within 14 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we can not resolve any of these issues after 14 days.
