How can I reset my password?

Please follow the simple steps below to rest your password.

1. Go to the Journey2Jannah website
2. Look for the "forgot password" link, located near the login form.
3. Click on the link and follow the instructions provided.

4. You'll be asked to provide the email address associated with the account

5. An email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to reset the password.
6. Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
7. Once the new password has been created, keep a note of it for future purposes or save it on your password manager.
