Set-Up: How To Reset The Password

1. Navigate to https://my.journey2jannah.com/login/

2. Click "Forgot Password?"

3. Click the "Username or email address" field.

4. Enter your email address and then click on 'REQUEST RESET LINK'.

5. You will receive an email. Click on 'reset password' and it will take you to the below page.

6. You can create a weak password and click on the toggle 'Confirm use of weak password'. Alternatively, you can 'GENERATE PASSWORD'.

7. However, it is advised to create a password with a minimum of 8 characters; a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

8. You can click on the little eye symbol to show the password you have entered.

9. Ensure you retype the new password on the field below.

10. Click on the 'save' button. This will change your password.
