How to Edit your Child's Personal Details

This is an article to show you how to edit details and change the password for your child on the parent access. Please see this video for further support.

1. Navigate to https://my.journey2jannah.com/manage-family/

2. On your dashboard, you can click on the three dots (...) on your child's name.

3. Click "Edit"

4. You can change the name of your child.

5. You can also add or change the email address associated to the account. You CAN'T change the username as that is fixed when you create the account.

6. You can change the password. To view what you put in, you can click on the eye icon.

7. Click "SAVE" once you're happy with the changes.

8. Click on the 'x'.

9. The changes will be done immediately. You can change the password by clicking on the 3 buttons again.

10. Click "Change Password"

11. Click the "Enter password" field. Put the password in twice.

12. Click "SUBMIT"

13. Your password will be changed. Click on the 'x' to get off this and continue with your learning.
