How to Delete a Child from your Parent Account

This article shows you how to delete your child from your parent's access. Please take a look at this video for more support.

1. Navigate to https://my.journey2jannah.com/manage-family/

2. Click on the 'MY CHILDREN' icon on the left hand panel or the homepage to see the children you have.

3. Click on the three buttons (...) on the child you want to delete.

4. Click "Remove"

5. Click "DELETE" to confirm the deletion of the child.

6. If you would like to replace the child, then you can click on 'ADD A CHILD'. Click "BACK TO DASHBOARD" to return to the homepage.

7. You child is deleted and you have got a seat to use where you can add children.
