What should I do if my order is damaged?

We want to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please let us know of any damages within 14 days of delivery as we may not be able to resolve your case after this time period. 

If part or all of your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Services team (details below) with the order number and details of the damaged items. We will be happy to replace the damaged items or offer you a full refund. 

When you contact us, please send us pictures of the following:

  1. The damaged items, clearly showing what the damage is
  2. The package/s they came in - even if they are not damaged (we ask for this as it is proof that items must have been damaged by our fulfilment centre and not in by the couriers. This helps us improve the processes we have in place to ensure this does not happen again)
  3. The label on the package/s

We may choose to collect the damaged goods from you for quality review investigations.
