Can i update my order after its been placed?

On most occasions, after an order has been placed, making any amendments to it will not be possible as all orders are sent directly to our 3rd party distribution company who pack the order as soon as it has been received. However, we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Please contact our Customer Service team via email on or call us on +44 (0) 7415 220 785 Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm (GMT) to check if we can cancel and refund your incorrect order so you can place a new order with the correct items/information.

Please don’t forget to mention your order number when getting in touch. The order number will be on your email confirmation.

We advise all customers to ensure orders are double checked at Checkout before any payment is submitted.
