Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed on our website, it is sent straight into processing at our third-party fulfilment centre. This happens very quickly — in many cases within minutes — and is part of an automated system designed to ensure orders are dispatched smoothly and without delays.

Because of this:

  • We are usually unable to make amendments or cancellations to an order once it has been processed (this includes changing items, quantities, addresses, or delivery services).
  • We can only attempt an amendments or cancellation if the courier has not yet accepted the shipment. This request is passed to them, but acceptance is not guaranteed as couriers also work with automated systems and may already have moved the parcel into their delivery cycle.

This process is standard practice across many companies that use fulfilment centres and courier integrations. The automation is what allows orders to be dispatched efficiently and customers to receive their items quickly, but it does mean flexibility for changes after an order is placed is extremely limited.

If you realise you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to help, but please understand that once the fulfilment process has started, we may not be able to make any changes.
