What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card and may attempt re-delivery on the following working day. Please follow the steps on the notification card to arrange a new delivery.
You can also arrange a redelivery via the tracking link you are sent by email on the day your order is dispatched. If you have any trouble finding this email, please search for email@example.com in you inbox and junk.
