I haven't received my order, what should i do?

If your order hasn't arrived by the intended date, please inform our Customer support team either via email on:  [email protected] or call us on +44 (0) 7415 220 785. Lines are open Monday to Friday 10am-4pm (GMT).

If the courier has tried to deliver your parcel and you were not home to collect it, they will usually leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange/collect delivery. In this case you will need to follow these instructions or contact them directly.

Note: We must be informed of a missed or delayed delivery within 30 days of the delivery date in order for us to resolve any issues.
