How do I return or exchange my items?


We understand you may change your mind after placing an order for whatever reason. If you wish to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. Unfortunately on most occasions we are unable to amend or cancel an order after it has been paid for as it is immediately processed at our warehouse. 

If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, you can return the order in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

The arrangement and cost of return is your responsibility. We advise that returns are sent via tracked/recorded delivery and proof of postage is obtained (Proof of postage is usually free).


We do not offer exchanges but do accept returns if we are notified within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you want to exchange an item, you can return it to us and place a new order for the item you want in exchange. 

Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are processed within 5 working days of receipt.


All returns should be packed securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that they arrive with us safely.

Note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
